So, based on what I’ve seen as far as Google searches for the site, I’ve noticed a lot of you are wondering when you’ll hear back from law schools. Well, not the answer you want but it ultimately depends. Granted, if you haven’t heard anything back yet, as in not even a wait-list, you should expect to hear something in the next two weeks. The logic behind this is that most law schools require a decision by mid April. So in order for them to keep your interest and not have you declare for another school you should be getting those decisions very soon.
Also, for any of you following the lawsuit with NYLS in New York City, there’s been a development! According to Above the Law, the NYLS lawsuit has been dismissed. The law suit was over law employment data and there was a lot of hope that the lawsuit would bring further transparency to legal education. Sadly, it seems quite doubtful that it’ll be happening in the near future.
